Tips To Protect Your Credit Card

As the credit card frauds and credit card stealing are increasing today, we should be very careful in keeping our credit card well as well as always try to keep our personal or private data well.

Here are some tips for you to protect your credit card from being fraud:

1. Never lend your credit card to anyone else. If you want your friends or your family to use your credit card, you should go with him/her and do it yourself.

2. Try to bring only one credit card or, at most, two credit cards.

3. Never write your PIN (personal identification number) on your credit card. The thieves will easily use your card and use the PIN to withdraw your money at an ATM machine.

4. You may write down the phone numbers of the credit card companies just in case if your credit card is stolen or lost. But keep it in a safe place.

5. Immediately report lost or stolen cards to the credit card company. This will allow the credit card company to stop the thief by canceling your credit card and number.
